Welcome to xRM-Help

xRM-Help is live 🚀

xRM-Help is now officially online - your go-to resource for all technical information related to ADITO xRM.

It provides guidance, highlights possibilities, and helps you unlock the system’s full potential. It complements Platform-Help, which focuses on technical content for developers.

xRM Help is designed for everyone who works with our xRM on a daily basis-in sales as well as in consulting.

Want to understand how something works? We explain it using concrete user stories, best practices, and application scenarios.

Want to know which users use a particular feature? We identify the personas who primarily use specific applications.

Want to know what has changed? Our release notes keep you up to date on new features and developments.

xRM-Help is not a static project; it is constantly evolving.
The previous documentation in PDF format has been integrated into the new structure, but can still be found in its familiar location under “Downloads.” As development continues, the PDFs will be gradually migrated to the new format.

Let’s get started.

./Florian
