Managing Templates

In the document templates, various "templates" for different use cases are managed. The document templates can be captured in a language-dependent manner to communicate with contacts in their preferred language. Technical and personalizing placeholders are filled with the required system data at runtime and the finished document is generated.

Users can create the respective documents directly from the ADITO Web Client.

  • Use case 1: To ensure a consistent appearance for external communication, templates are created that comply with the CI/CD. If anything changes in the CI/CD, the templates can be centrally adjusted and made available again in the system.

    Example
    • Individual letters, serial letters
    • E-Mails, E-Mail attachments, bulk mails, signatures, and reply mails
    • Text blocks for header and footer texts in offers and receipts
    • Downloads
  • Use case 2: Recurring information should be captured in a structured and consistently uniform way. For example, when capturing visit reports or when describing projects, these templates are used to support the user so that they receive a template they "only need to fill in".

    Example
    • Project descriptions, project ticket descriptions, and contribution descriptions
    • Content templates for Activities
