Reaching target groups with bulk mails is an important tool for a Marketing Manager. In the ADITO system, the following process is provided for this:

The process begins with creating a new bulk mail and creating appealing content tailored to the needs of the recipients. The content can either be created in a structured and quick way with the E-Mail-Editor, flexibly with the text editor, or predefined content can be used. In the next step, recipients are added and Test E-Mails are being sent. For sending the bulk mail, various functions are available, such as manual sending, scheduled sending, or sending controlled by a workflow. Finally, the evaluation of the sending results enables continuous optimization of communication via bulk mail.
