Managing Custom Prompts
In the user settings, custom prompts and default prompts can be managed, which can be used via the "AI Commands" 🪄 action in the editor (e.g. in the activity, task, or in Mosaico).
This allows these prompts for composing and optimizing text to be executed quickly and repeatedly, e.g. to revise wording or create translations.
Every user can create and manage their own custom prompts in the Context "Prompt-Editor". The "Prompt-Editor" is opened via the user settings, in the "Prompt Configuration" area, using the "Manage Prompts" action.
In the Prompt-Editor, there are two options:
- Managing Custom Groups and Prompts in the "Custom Prompts" tab, to structure, edit, delete, or add custom prompts, or also to set them active or inactive.
- Activating/Deactivating Default Prompts Individually in the "Default Prompts" tab, to display the default prompts stored in the system, which can be set active or inactive individually.
Afterwards, following a renewed login to the system, the prompts can be used when composing text in the editor.
